Draft Regulation respecting financial guarantees payable
for the operation of an organic matter reclamation facility
This draft regulation covers mandatory financial guarantees to be provided
by operators of organic matter treatment facilities. The targeted re-use
sites are those where sorting, transfer, storage or processing of organic
matter take place prior to re-use.
Public hearings were held between November 25, 2009 and January 24, 2010.
Interested parties were able to submit their comments in writing.
